Can Zhuoheng provide a complete factory layout?
A production-line layout can be prepared around the confirmed machine package and workshop dimensions. Civil works, utilities and local compliance should be coordinated with the customer’s local team.
Is overseas installation available?
Engineer service can be arranged in principle, subject to destination conditions, visa, schedule and the agreed travel and daily-service terms.
How long is the warranty?
The knowledge-base reference is a two-year equipment warranty. Start date, coverage, exclusions and handling process must be defined in the contract.
Are spare parts available?
Wear parts can be replaced, and common spare or wearing parts may be supplied with shipment. The list, quantity and commercial terms are confirmed per machine and order.
